Apple Pie Spice Recipe FAQs
What is the difference between apple pie spice and pumpkin pie spice?
While both of these spice blends are full of flavor and a lot of the same ingredients they do vary. Apple pie spice will contain cardamom, and pumpkin pie spice contains ground cloves. Those two spices being the only difference, they’ll both contain cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice just in different quantities.
