Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
3 cups quick oats
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Add sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk to a dutch oven or medium saucepan.
- On medium heat, stir the sugar mixture until it reaches a rolling boil. Let the mixture reaches a full rolling boil for exactly 2 minutes. Set a timer!
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract, Nutella, quick-cooking oats, and nuts *optional.
- Stir with a rubber spatula until the mixture is completely mixed together.
- Use a medium-sized cookie scoop to scoop out the cookie dough and drop Nutella cookies onto a sheet of parchment paper or Silpat on a large baking sheet.
- Using a large cookie scoop will result in larger cookies, but fewer of them.
- Let no-bake cookies set to cool completely before eating.
