Homemade Chai Spice Recipe

5 1/2 tablespoons Cinnamon, ground

1 1/2 tablespoons Cardamom, ground

1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger, ground

1/2 tablespoon Allspice, ground

3/4 tablespoon Cloves, ground

3/4 tablespoon Nutmeg, ground

Instructions

  1. Stir or whisk the ingredients in a small bowl to combine.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a spice container, and stir or shake to combine once more.
  3. Use in your favorite recipes, or store in a cool dark place.
