2 cups Mini Marshmallows
1/2 cup Salted Caramel Bits
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
Instructions
- To a large pot or dutch oven add unsalted butter, mini marshmallows, caramel bits, and chocolate chips.
- On medium-high heat, melt the ingredients, stirring occasionally.
- Once everything is melted and combined, pour in the Rice Krispie cereal. Start mixing immediately coating every bit in the melted chocolate caramel mixture.
- Remove from heat, and while still hot use a large cookie scoop to place piles of the mixture on parchment paper.
- Let the cookies sit for a few minutes to cool down.
- While still warm, but not hot, use a piece of parchment paper and press firmly down onto the cookies to flatten and shape them into a circle.
