Lemon & Blueberry Bundt Cake with Sour Cream

All-purpose flour Baking powder Baking soda Salt Unsalted butter Sugar Eggs Lemon juice Lemon zest Vanilla Sour cream Blueberries

Ingredients for glaze

Melted butter Powdered sugar Lemon juice Lemon zest pinch of salt

Step 1

Liberally spray your Bundt pan with baking spray.

Step 2

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk then set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl add butter and sugar

Step 4

Cream butter and sugar on medium speed for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Add 1 egg at a time, beat on low speed to combine.

Step 6

Add 1/4 cup flour, and beat to combine.

Step 7

Repeat alternating eggs and flour until the mixture is combined

Step 8

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla, and sour cream. Fold into the batter gently.

Step 9

Add 3 cups of blueberries. Gently fold into the batter.

Step 10

Gently fold the blueberries into the batter

Step 11

Pour the batter into the Bundt cake pan. Bake for 90 minutes

Step 12

Cool before releasing from the pan.

Step 13

In a small bowl add melted butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.

Step 14

Whisk to combine and pour over the top of your cake!
