To a large pot or dutch oven add unsalted butter, mini marshmallows, caramel bits, and chocolate chips.
On medium-high heat, melt the ingredients, stirring occasionally.
Once everything is melted and combined, pour in the Rice Krispie cereal. Start mixing immediately coating every bit in the melted chocolate caramel mixture.
Remove from heat, and while still hot use a large cookie scoop to place piles of the mixture on parchment paper.
Let the cookies sit for a few minutes to cool down.
While still warm, but not hot, use a piece of parchment paper and press firmly down onto the cookies to flatten and shape them into a circle.
