Blueberry Muffins with Buttermilk

Complete with a spiced oatmeal streusel topping, these muffins are bursting with vibrant color, flavor, and a tender crumb.

All purpose flour White sugar Baking powder  Baking soda Salt Buttermilk Unsalted butter Eggs Vanilla extract Blueberries, frozen

In a large mixing bowl, sift and whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.


To the same bowl, add the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.


Mix together until combined.


Gently fold in the frozen blueberries.


Mix together the oatmeal topping.


Bake them muffins for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
